      南昌市人本物業管理有限公司董事長中國首屆物業管理師，高級講師,廣東省物業管理專家庫成員，廣東省惠州市物業管理協會副會長，清華大學博商會會員。

      劉鋒，1993年畢業于江西師范大學，從教多年，1999年，他以敏銳的思維和開拓精神，以及對物業管理行業發展趨勢前瞻性預見，從高校跨入深圳梅林和蓮花北的物業管理隊伍，與團隊一起在全國率先完成了國家優秀示范住宅小區的創建工作，之后又在全國各大小城市，親自管理了不同類型的物業管理項目，總結出了一系列不同類型的物業管理經驗，形成了一套成熟的物業管理運營模式。他所提出的物業管理服務理念和編輯的品質管理方案不僅入選中國物業管理經典教材，還在長期的實踐工作中，培養了一大批優秀的物業管理人才，為中國物業管理行業健康發展作出了貢獻。

      在豐富的物業管理實踐經驗基礎上，他秉承著“自強不息，厚德載物”的人文精神，2008年創辦了南昌市人本物業管理有限公司。提出了以人為本的“始于心，行于己”的物業管理服務理念，確立了“人本、高效、卓越”的企業戰略構想，憑借自身在高校和住宅物業管理方面的工作優勢，公司已在高校和住宅類型物業管理市場方面發展迅速，受到客戶和社會的一致好評。
